Patrick Lencioni wrote this book based on five dysfunctions of a team. The five dysfunctions discussed are absence of trust, fear of conflict, lack of commitment, avoidance of accountability, and inattention to results. If these five dysfunctions are not followed then the team may not build a foundation of trust. The message is that trust is the corner stone of all teams. Organizations working in team environment may definitely read this book.
